Exhibition Contract

a) I, the undersigned, agree to exhibit work for the “Zone 4 All” to be held at the New Zone Gallery, 110 E. 11th, Eugene, OR. The dates of the exhibit are March 3rd to 27th, 2026.

b) I recognize that the New Zone Arts Collective will make every attempt to protect and guard the works of art being exhibited. Should any damages occur, I will take my claim to the Board of Directors.

c) I understand the New Zone Arts Collective will take responsibility for monitoring the exhibit at all times and for the opening and closing scheduled times. The New Zone Arts Collective will also take responsibility for any sales transactions. The New Zone Arts Collective shall receive a commission of 35% on all art sales including sale of prints and cards. The Balance (65%) will go to the artist at the end of the show. New Zone Arts Collective will deliver a check for The Balance on the designated Pickup day at the pickup location.

d) All artwork, prints, and cards submitted must be marked clearly with the Artist Name, Title of the work, and Price. Prints and Cards must be inventoried upon submission (see inventory section above).

e) Work MUST be picked up on Saturday, March 27th between 12:PM and 6:PM. The New Zone Arts Collective has no means of storage past this date. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for any works not picked up on March 27th. Please make arrangements if you will not be picking up the work yourself. Artists will need this copy of the contract to pick up work. Art left longer than 10 days, after April 7, 2026, will become property of the New Zone Artists Collective and will be disposed of in accordance with the wishes of the Board.

f) I confirm that AI was not used in the creation of the artwork.
